At Wanbo, we stand by the quality of our projectors and electronics; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
